Taygete Star Cluster Key #7 Filters: As we connect to higher dimensional thresholds of information, our filters, what some call the Ego, will accelerate and become out of focus. Following, spiritual bypassing takes precedence, suppressing areas that require maturity. As we evolve, the mind/ego comes with us creating expectations, desires, and fantasies. However, being enchanted by the white light unicorn phase is natural while experiencing breakthroughs. Still, we can get stuck chasing that high of "the Messiah" or the "I am enlightened" concept. As a result, we may lose touch with practical solution-based ideas and fall into the realm of emotions.
A bit of metaphysics is necessary to understand the Ego. Each of us is created as an eternal component that moves back and forth between life and death, a soul. First, the birth (or a walk-in) is the soul made visibly, the Ego and the start of a lifetime. Next, at the time of physical death, the soul recasts its aura via something suitable to attract the lessons targeted in its next lifetime. Finally, in each lifetime we embark on, we bring the emotional imprint from the last. So, the Ego can work to our advantage when we are present to merge all lifetimes to the view of the one, being multi-dimensional.
With all this stated, it can be best to understand the simplicity of Sanskrit used with the Rungs of Yoga as "Santosha," possibly meaning "contentment."
Celano Star Cluster Key #8 The King: During ancient times, the King maintained his Kingdom. In Biology, the Kingdom is our Body, and the King/Queen is you, I, or the interpreter (language). Therefore, you are solely responsible for preserving your realm, the Body. In addition, the ancient King sat on his throne, the foundation of his Empire; in the court, he had a jester, a fool or trickster who entertained him. In the mind, the Jester is a messenger for the Body. The Jester sometimes shared terrible news with the King that no one else dared to deliver (hence the saying, 'Don't kill the messenger'). For example, one day, the Jester gives the King a message of anger: Then, the King chooses not to act the emotion of anger or leave his throne; if he does, the throne may get taken over, so he observes and sends the offence to engage with the emotion of anger.
Essentially, the Body's primary function is survival, protecting itself from outside threats and our identification of language. However, over time as we act out and identify with emotions, the Body gets hijacked, viruses can take over, and the immune system weakens. In the end, both perceptions of good or bad feelings affect the chemical composition of our organism; it's best to grow in love rather than fall in love; this way, we really get to understand the environment we so often rush to embark on.
Now with all this stated, it can be best to understand the simplicity of Sanskrit used within the Rungs of Yoga as "Kaya," which can mean "of the physical body" or "training your senses."
